Website Creation
echoPANEL establishes a seamless and secure connection to IIS (Internet Information Services) allowing you to create, modify and delete fully functional websites. Although echoPANEL uses proprietary code to ensure all new Sites are created with the most common IIS settings, it offers advanced control for the experienced administrator, for example; IP Address, Port, Host Headers, Home Directory, Script Access & Permissions, Application Pool designation, Default Documents, DNS overview, bulk Domain Aliases, folder permissions, and ASP.NET versioning. For some users, Website creation and management is all they need echoPANEL to handle, and because it has been developed with modularity in mind, this is possible.

Email Accounts
Email management is optional, but if you have a supported mail server installed on your server, echoPANEL can handle the most common email tasks in a fraction of the time. echoPANEL supports two popular (and affordable) mail servers; SmarterMail and MailEnable. Both of these mail server vendors offer a free version, plus affordable multi-site versions. Advanced echoPANEL features include; Forwarding, Auto-Responders, and Catch-Alls, plus the auto creation of domain admin accounts.

FTP Users
echoPANEL supports MS FTP (Microsoft FTP), shipped free with Windows Server 2003 and Serv-U, an affordable commercial FTP Server. Managing FTP User accounts and permissions is a snap inside the echoPANEL interface.

Backup/Restore
The ability to backup and restore Sites, Email Accounts, FTP Users and DNS Settings. This is a powerful feature that will save you considerable time and frustration in the event your server crashes or you wish to move your hosting environment to a new server. One click Backup and Restore automates the rebuilding of IIS, your Mail Server and FTP Server.

Global Settings
